Beacon Reputation Management provide digital marketing services, including but not limited to Google Business Profile optimization, review generation strategies, and reputation monitoring. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information and necessary access to platforms (such as Google Business Profile) required for service delivery. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payments
Fees for services are outlined in individual service agreements or invoices. Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services. All fees are quoted in USD.
Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Ongoing services may require a subscription. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with a 30-day written notice. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No Guaranteed Results
While we strive for excellence, Beacon Reputation Management cannot guarantee specific results, such as a set number of new reviews or a specific ranking position on Google. Digital landscapes are dynamic and influenced by external platform algorithms.
Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, and materials developed by Beacon Reputation Management remain the intellectual property of the agency unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a limited license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes.
Website Use
Users agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or interfering with its proper working through any technical means.
Third-Party Platforms
